By creating an account or using Dragqueenz ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dragqueenz. Some features, including event listings that are age-restricted, may only be available to users who meet the required age. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep it current. Impersonating another person or performer is prohibited.
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, videos, captions, event details). You grant Dragqueenz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the app. You represent that you own or have permission to post all content you share, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
You agree not to use Dragqueenz to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, threatening, or that infringes others' rights. Do not spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service. Full expectations are described in our Community Guidelines.
Houses are user-created groups. House leaders are responsible for managing their House membership. Dragqueenz is not liable for interactions between members within a House.
Event listings are provided by users. Dragqueenz does not guarantee events will occur as listed and is not a party to any booking or transaction between users. Always verify event details with the venue or performer.
Any tip or booking links (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, etc.) are handled entirely by third parties. Dragqueenz does not process payments and is not responsible for transactions completed off-platform.
Dragqueenz has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report content, users, or comments that violate our policies using the in-app Report and Block tools. Blocking a user immediately removes their content from your feed and prevents further contact. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours and will remove objectionable content and eject users who provided offending content.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Dragqueenz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragqueenz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
