Dragqueenz has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This policy outlines our standards, the safeguards built into our app, and how anyone can report concerning content or behavior. Dragqueenz is restricted to users 18 years of age or older.
Prohibition of CSAE content
We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, describes, promotes, facilitates, or encourages the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. This includes, but is not limited to, sexualized images of children, grooming behavior, and any material that sexualizes minors. Posting, sharing, or attempting to distribute such content results in immediate removal, permanent account termination, and referral to the appropriate authorities.
Age requirement
Dragqueenz is an adults-only platform. Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use the app. Onboarding explicitly states this age requirement, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
Safeguards and moderation
All user-generated content (posts, comments, profiles, events, and Houses) can be reported through in-app reporting tools. Our team reviews reports promptly and may remove content, issue warnings, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy. We reserve the right to act on suspected violations without notice.
How to report CSAE content
If you encounter content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, report it immediately:
- Use the in-app Report tool on the offending post, comment, profile, or House.
- Contact our trust & safety team at safety@dragqueenz.app with details and any available evidence.
- If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy are treated with the highest severity. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, Dragqueenz may remove content, permanently ban the account, preserve evidence, and report the matter to law enforcement, NCMEC, and other relevant authorities as required by law.
